My name is Ken Bryant.  I am a Associate Broker and Realtor with RE/MAX Hiawassee Realty serving Southwest North Carolina and Northeast Georgia Mountain and Lakes Region, and covering the areas including, but not limited to, Hayesville, Murphy, Andrews, Robbinsville, Bryson City, Sylva, Cullowhee, Clyde, Waynesville, Cashiers, Highlands, in North Carolina and Hiawassee, Young Harris, Blairsville, Morganton, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Cleveland, Helen, Clayton, and Dillard in Georgia.

ABOUT ME

 

I was born and raised in South Florida and I have lived and worked all over the world.  After living overseas, I moved back to the US and I could have lived anywhere in the world but I very carefully chose this area because of its natural beauty, location/proximity, climate, geography, schools and services, cost of living and quality of life.

REAL ESTATE

 

Although I have always been involved in real estate investment and building throughout my adult life, I decided to concentrate my efforts on real estate as a career shortly after I moved back to this area.  I love everything having to do with real estate, because it is something I just enjoy.  I specialize in lake AND mountain view properties as well as waterfront (lake and creek) and I am very familiar with the areas and subdivisions that offer these types of properties.

 

ACTIVITIES

 

Consistent with my former life, I remain actively involved in public service because I believe in giving back to the community.  I dedicate most of my time to Emergency Management, particularly with the Amateur Radio Emergency Service/Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service, and the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliaries. I enjoy the outdoors and all this area has to offer, especially anything having to do with water.  I spend most of my leisure time hiking, kayaking, dual sport adventure motorcycle riding, and I would like to get back into horseback riding and flying.  I hope also to find the time to pick up learning golf again and to get back into scuba diving.
